Registered Migration Agents
Legal Training Australia is an Approved Provider for the purpose of Registered Migration Agents CPD. From 1 April 2026, the Office of the MARA requires Registered Migration Agents to complete 10 CPD points every year for re-registration purposes. It is compulsory that at least five (5) of these CPD Points be from Category A Activities, and that at least 2 CPD points be completed in either Ethics and/or the RMA Code of Conduct. No more than 6 points can be completed via online learning (any type of online learning including distance learning) within 24 hours. Migration Agents Capstone Assessment (Capstone)
Legal Training Australia (LTA) is the sole provider of the Australian Migration Agents Capstone Assessment.
Lawyers
All CPD offered by LTA complies with local Law Society requirements (except for WA). Practitioners should ensure that individual Law Society requirements regarding mandatory subjects are met and should verify those requirements with their local Law Institute or Law Society. |

2026 RMA Registration Cards, Certificates, Lapel Pins, Keyrings, Umbrellas and Face Masks

1. Complete the online application form - answering
all questions, and upload a passport sized photograph (if your OMARA profile does not display a photograph).
2. Submit the completed application, together with
payment of fees.
Only Australian Registered Migration Agents, currently registered with the Office of the MARA are entitled to apply for a Registration Certificate, Card, Lapel Pin, Keyring, Umbrella or Face Mask.
