Christopher Levingston

Principal Solicitor Christopher Levingston has practiced Immigration Law for over 26 years and is an accredited specialist in Immigration Law.

He has held his specialisation with the Law Society of New South Wales for over 20 years.

Alan Chanesman

Michael Arch

Michael Arch is the principal solicitor of Concordia Pacific Migration Lawyers. He is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1386469) and the current Convenor of Migration Alliance.

Michael was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in December 2002 and has been practicing in Australia for the last 12 ¾ years. Michael was initially admitted to practice as a lawyer in the United States and was admitted as a member of the bar in both Pennsylvania (1980) and in New York State (1989) - his career in law has thus covered 35 years.

Michael’s principal areas of practice have included migration law and environmental law. He graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (Pennsylvania) in 1980 and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Haverford College, also in Pennsylvania.
Ross Ahmadzai

Ross is a qualified Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent. Having obtained Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Communications at the University of Technology, Sydney, Ross has over 8 years of relevant industry experience corporate immigration firms including Manager at KPMG's Global Mobility Team, Fragomen and Katie Malyon and Associates.

Ross is a Registered Migration Agent and a Practising Solicitor with an unrestricted practising certificate. His main specialities include corporate immigration law, sponsorship compliance, 457 visas, Business Visas, Citizenship, and Family and Partner Visas. Ross also offers immigration training to HR professionals and fellow registered agents. Ross speaks fluent Russian and understands Ukrainian.
Liana Allan

Liana Allan is a Registered Migration Agent 0104178 and Founding Board member of Migration Alliance, the peak professional association for Registered Migration Agents (RMA). With currently over 4200 RMA members and over 13,000 total members, made up of migrants, sponsors and students, Migration Alliance is now the unparalleled peak body of Australia’s migration advisory industry. Liana is currently the Secretary of Migration Alliance Inc.

Migration Alliance is the brainchild of Liana Allan, who saw an immediate opportunity to create an alternative, second professional membership organisation after the Migration Institute of Australia lost control of the Migration Agents Registration Authority to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship in 2008/2009.

In recognition of Liana Allan’s leadership and the success with Visacorp, Legal Training Australia, and Migration Alliance, she was announced as a finalist for the Businesswoman of the Year Awards by Optus My Business Awards. Liana was also awarded the Dr Marlene Goldsmith award at the 2014 Liberal Party of NSW Women's Council luncheon.
